I am Senior Partner in Euro Consulting, executive search firm based in Paris and specialized in the recruitment of top and middle managers. I am dedicated to assisting clients in Europe, Asia and USA in building their businesses through the recruitment of top talent using a direct approach methodology.
With a MBA in Business Law, I worked for twenty years in the development of organizations and human resources in companies with several levels of expertise: Tekelec, Vivendi, LVMH and Diageo.
Since then I have been assisting managers of start-ups and large companies in achieving their projects and searching for manager and expert profiles. I conduct seminars on skills management, organization transformation and business development.
Generalist, I am working in diverse industries for companies which are large or small, local or global as well as for start-ups and entrepreneurial ventures. I cover all sectors, focusing on senior-level positions and key profiles. More 30% of my search assignments are carried out internationally with the Praxi Alliance network in Europe, Asia and Usa.
